The audience thought a goal was coming when Silverio Matthew got free with You Jing Jun in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A nice corner shot did that Gonzalo Lalla got away a dangerous shot. Despite this You Jing Jun quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Silverio Matthew managed to get in a good position for a shot. Anjullan AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Silverio Matthew was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. You Jing Jun breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 39th minute, Leo Azevedo had to leave the field with a concussion. After 39 minutes, Mauricio Osmundo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Domselaar and the Anjullan AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 41 played minutes Domselaar got a freekick which was hit by Mauricio Osmundo.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Vasco Olarticoechea made a kick off. Domselaar's You Jing Jun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Silverio Matthew in the 51st minute of play. If Vasco Olarticoechea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. You Jing Jun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Silverio Matthew, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. In the 59th minute, one of Anjullan AFC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Anjullan AFC. After 62 minutes Anjullan AFC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Shen Feng Yi who took care of the corner kick. In the 62nd minute, Vasco Olarticoechea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Adrian Gilesindo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vasco Olarticoechea in the 67th minute of the match. After 70 played minutes Anjullan AFC got a freekick which was hit by Ādolfs 王义勇. Adrian Gilesindo was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Andres Cubas. A collision led to Anjullan AFC getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Silverio Matthew hit a great ball. Silverio Matthew hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Anjullan AFC's Adrian Gilesindo got control of the ball when Martin Jon tried to sneak it across the goal line. Anjullan AFC succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Domselaar had controlled the match.
