The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 5 minutes of play, Sirius Dog's Gervasio Chano made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Isidoro Gonzales was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Lino Che in the 10th minute of play forced Sirius Dog's goalkeeper Jeronimo Millan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jeronimo Millan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lino Che's shot from short distance in the 10th minute. After 12 minutes, Gervasio Chano made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. GrondofiSu FC's Isidoro Gonzales tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gervasio Chano got free with Isidoro Gonzales in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Sirius Dog's Justo Fonda quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Leandro Caradaro, made in the 19th minute of the game. Jeronimo Millan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Ştefănucă, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. With a little luck, GrondofiSu FC's Isidoro Gonzales got control of the ball when Gervasio Chano tried to sneak it across the goal line. Isidoro Gonzales made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when Gervasio Chano sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 30 minutes, Gervasio Chano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sirius Dog's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gervasio Chano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sirius Dog were awarded a corner in the 36th minute after GrondofiSu FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Gervasio Chano took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Gervasio Chano got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Isidoro Gonzales quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gervasio Chano in the 41st minute of play forced GrondofiSu FC's goalkeeper Isidoro Gonzales to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lino Che in the 47th minute of play forced Sirius Dog's goalkeeper Jeronimo Millan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

55 minutes into the game, Gervasio Chano cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Isidoro Gonzales was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 59th minute the ball was on its way in behind GrondofiSu FC's goalkeeper Isidoro Gonzales, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jeronimo Millan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Miguel Berbiz in the 64th minute of the match. Sirius Dog's Gervasio Chano got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sirius Dog made a substitution. Patricio Gizon replaced Milan Svobodník. The audience was convinced that Gervasio Chano's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Isidoro Gonzales was relentless in the 73rd minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Ştefănucă in the 75th minute of play forced Sirius Dog's goalkeeper Jeronimo Millan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. GrondofiSu FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Gerardo Florin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jeronimo Millan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gervasio Chano's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Isidoro Gonzales read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 87th minute of play. In the 90th minute, Gervasio Chano ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Isidoro Gonzales was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gervasio Chano in the 93rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Isidoro Gonzales saved GrondofiSu FC from getting behind. When Mateo Romano fell near the penalty area in the 94th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sirius Dog's protests and gave Mateo Romano a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of GrondofiSu FC booed when Sirius Dog was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mateo Romano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gervasio Chano took the ball and in the 97 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Isidoro Gonzales. Isidoro Gonzales dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-1. For all the effort they put into the match, the GrondofiSu FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Sirius Dog.
