In the 8thth minute of the game Niki Lauda who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but PLUMAS's Anibal Jurgi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Tomás Primo scored 0-1 in the 11th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marcial Lordi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. PLUMAS's Anibal Jurgi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Niki Lauda in the 14th minute of play. After having played for 15 minutes, Wu Li Zhi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. RIVER's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wu Li Zhi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 17 minutes into the match, Niki Lauda dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Anibal Jurgi, 1-1. After 23 minutes of play, PLUMAS's Tomás Primo made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marcial Lordi was left in no man's land by his defense there! A collision led to RIVER getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Wu Li Zhi hit a great ball. Anibal Jurgi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Niki Lauda, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Niki Lauda in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Anibal Jurgi saved PLUMAS from getting behind. RIVER made a substitution. Domingo Remigio replaced Bruno Oxarra. RIVER's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Domingo Remigio in the 35th minute. The corner led RIVER's Domingo Remigio to fire away a dangerous shot which Anibal Jurgi despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Francisco Jon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcial Lordi having to interfere. Wu Li Zhi did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-2 to the left of a surprised Anibal Jurgi 42 minutes into the match. In the 45th minute Domingo Remigio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anibal Jurgi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The corner ended in Wu Li Zhi almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but PLUMAS's Anibal Jurgi did a great save. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Tomás Primo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marcial Lordi having to make a save. Anibal Jurgi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Niki Lauda went, in the 54th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. Anibal Jurgi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Niki Lauda in the 58th minute of the match. Marcial Lordi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carlos Dei in the 65th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Niki Lauda in the 86th minute of play forced PLUMAS's goalkeeper Anibal Jurgi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
