In the 13th minute of the match Growlithe FC got a corner. RIVER's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ahmet Baki Ulualp ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Growlithe FC's Ionuț Pandele to a score. 2-0 in the 14th minute. Ahmet Baki Ulualp could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Marcial Lordi made a huge save. Ionuț Pandele hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Bernabe Armani showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bruno Oxarra in the 20th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alfredo Graciani got free with Marcial Lordi in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, RIVER's Marcial Lordi got control of the ball when Alexander Palmer tried to sneak it across the goal line. Thanks to some nice moves Ahmet Baki Ulualp could shoot a difficult shot in the 25th minute, which Marcial Lordi however easily saved by the left post. Growlithe FC's Bernabe Armani played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Niki Lauda in the 51st minute of play. Marcial Lordi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfredo Graciani in the 52nd minute of the match. In the 52nd minute Alfredo Graciani shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcial Lordi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, RIVER's Giovanni Lenhardt got a free kick in the 57th minute. RIVER made a substitution. Pipo Benedetto replaced Wu Li Zhi. Marcial Lordi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ahmet Baki Ulualp, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. The shot missed the goal on the right side and Niki Lauda ran dejectedly back to his position. In the last second Bernabe Armani throw himself and got hold of the ball when Niki Lauda in the 65thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Bernabe Armani made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Pipo Benedetto sent off a good shot on target. With his leg Bernabe Armani managed to avoid a goal in the 68thth minute, when RIVER's Pipo Benedetto fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Marcial Lordi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfredo Graciani in the 69th minute of play. Marcial Lordi came out of the goal and Ahmet Baki Ulualp tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 83rd minute Barış Ziya shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcial Lordi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marcial Lordi came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by Growlithe FC's Alfredo Graciani. But to his dismay, Alfredo Graciani quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Growlithe FC's Bernabe Armani played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Niki Lauda in the 94th minute of play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Growlithe FC fully deserved thier win.
