The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Melquiades Librado struck a weak shot in the 3rd minute. Epifanio Beila didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Guanacos. Guanacos's Marcial Orlandus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marco Van Der Taelen in the 5th minute of play. In the 6th minute of the match San Ciro Utd got a corner. Guanacos's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Bruno Conti ran over to the corner to take the kick. San Ciro Utd's Gregorio Astigar quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Arnoldo Tonete, made in the 10th minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Paulo Pierres in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Epifanio Beila saved San Ciro Utd from getting behind. After a rather tough play, San Ciro Utd's Bruno Conti got a free kick in the 17th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulo Pierres in the 18th minute of play forced San Ciro Utd's goalkeeper Epifanio Beila to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 22nd minute of the match, Paulo Pierres tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Epifanio Beila saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After 24th play minutes Remigio Ler shot 1-0, a short shot which went by Epifanio Beila and just under the crossbar into goal. Through an outstanding action, after 28 minutes, Epifanio Beila successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Melquiades Librado got free with Epifanio Beila in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Epifanio Beila showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Angelino Clemencin, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Marco Van Der Taelen might have been able to make a better finish in the 33rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marcial Orlandus. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Marco Van Der Taelen ran back to his position shaking his head. Marcial Orlandus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marco Van Der Taelen in the 33rd minute of play. If Angelino Clemencin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Marco Van Der Taelen managed to get in a good position for a shot. San Ciro Utd's supporters rose to their feet, but Marco Van Der Taelen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marcial Orlandus breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Guanacos booed when San Ciro Utd was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Humberto Bihar didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 46thth minute of the game Paulo Pierres who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but San Ciro Utd's Epifanio Beila was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.

Epifanio Beila didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Melquiades Librado went, in the 57th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Vinicio Esdras took the ball and in the 60 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Epifanio Beila. Epifanio Beila dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Monte De Toro charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Monte De Toro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marco Van Der Taelen in the 64th minute of play forced Guanacos's goalkeeper Marcial Orlandus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. San Ciro Utd's Epifanio Beila played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Angelino Clemencin in the 66th minute of play. In the 70th minute, Paulo Pierres made a precise shot to the right of Epifanio Beila. San Ciro Utd's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. Guanacos's Marcial Orlandus proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save Guanacos from getting a goal against them. Marcial Orlandus showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nemesio Opilano in the 77th minute of the match. Marcial Orlandus took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bruno Conti, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nemesio Opilano hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Marcial Orlandus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ionuț Corbu in the 84th minute of play. San Ciro Utd's Epifanio Beila played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amadeo Nabar in the 85th minute of play. In the 90th minute Angelino Clemencin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Epifanio Beila saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Guanacos's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
