Curumalán AFC's attentive Alexander Aalders managed to snatch the ball when Fernand Redondo made a throw-in in the 23rd minute of the game. But to his dismay, Alfred Nobel quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Robert Vassenius showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Esequiel Barco in the 28th minute of the match. In the 31st minute Esequiel Barco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Robert Vassenius saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. RB Chubut's attentive Fernand Redondo managed to snatch the ball when Juan Guerrero made a throw-in in the 33rd minute of the game. In the 35th minute the ball was on its way in behind RB Chubut's goalkeeper Robert Vassenius, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Valentin Baristo hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Esequiel Barco might have been able to make a better finish in the 39th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Robert Vassenius. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Esequiel Barco ran back to his position shaking his head. After having played for 40 minutes, Alfred Nobel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Curumalán AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alfred Nobel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

Curumalán AFC made a substitution. Daniel Resende replaced Juan Guerrero. The wind increased when Isaac Mingo made the kick off in the second half. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luís Advíncula couldn't finish the play.
