Emil Arendarski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marco Van Der Taelen in the 3rd minute of play. Marco Van Der Taelen hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. Epifanio Beila took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aage Hill, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Viktor Petrus recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 21 minutes into the match, Monte Hermoso Beach's goal looked a bit too open when Marco Van Der Taelen came free, but Emil Arendarski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Benito Cala kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Fulgencio Pudes's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Epifanio Beila firmly grabbed it by the left post. San Ciro Utd's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Fulgencio Pudes 30 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marco Van Der Taelen in the 34th minute of play forced Monte Hermoso Beach's goalkeeper Emil Arendarski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Teo Fernandes's late challenge caught a San Ciro Utd's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Teo Fernandes helped the player get up and apologised. Teo Fernandes kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Monte Hermoso Beach made a substitution. Hector Montrel replaced Aage Hill. The supporters of San Ciro Utd booed when Monte Hermoso Beach was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teo Fernandes didn't get a good kick on the ball.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Marco Van Der Taelen to strike the kick off in the second half. If Hector Montrel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 54th minute Hector Montrel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Epifanio Beila saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Hector Montrel's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Epifanio Beila was relentless in the 73rd minute of the game. A collision led to San Ciro Utd getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Humberto Bihar hit a great ball.
