Dražen Ladić showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maximino Cabezon, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. When ACF Fiorentina's Maximino Cabezon in the 11th minute got a chance for a shot 11th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Fac. de Ed. Federico Kalinowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcelo Cordero in the 25th minute of play. In the 31st minute of the match ACF Fiorentina got a corner. Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gabriel Gaufred ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Gabriel Gaufred almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT's Dražen Ladić did a great save. Maximino Cabezon took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dražen Ladić. Dražen Ladić dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Dražen Ladić didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Maximino Cabezon went, in the 38th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. 41 minutes into the game, Maximino Cabezon cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Dražen Ladić was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 44 played minutes ACF Fiorentina got a freekick which was hit by Maximino Cabezon. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Marcelo Cordero made the kick off in the second half. Dražen Ladić showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maximino Cabezon, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Maximino Cabezon's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dražen Ladić read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 54th minute of play. After 54 played minutes Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT got a freekick which was hit by Conor Gallagher. Maximino Cabezon blasted a shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dražen Ladić having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maximino Cabezon in the 57th minute of play forced Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT's goalkeeper Dražen Ladić to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leonard Purcaru lost his temper 58 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. ACF Fiorentina's Hildeberto Carvalho was substituted for Martin Vellito. ACF Fiorentina made a substitution. Burkhard Böck replaced Maximino Cabezon. In a very dangerous position, a player in Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 58th minute. Penalty! Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT:s Dražen Ladić showed great skill when he stopped Burkhard Böck:s penalty. In the 63rd match minute, Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristobal Polo to maneuver through the defense. In the 66th minute Burkhard Böck shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dražen Ladić saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dražen Ladić made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bengt-Rune Fastesson in the 69th minute of play. Dražen Ladić stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bengt-Rune Fastesson's shot from short distance in the 70th minute. A collision led to ACF Fiorentina getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Hildeberto Carvalho hit a great ball. Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT made a substitution. Joaquín Ybarra replaced Cristobal Polo. Hildeberto Carvalho hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Federico Kalinowski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marcelo Cordero in the 74th minute. Bengt-Rune Fastesson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 85 minutes, Joaquín Ybarra managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT's supporters crossed their fingers, but Joaquín Ybarra was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 87 minutes into the match, ACF Fiorentina's goalkeeper Federico Kalinowski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marcelo Cordero. Dražen Ladić didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Burkhard Böck went, in the 91st minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. Dražen Ladić showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bengt-Rune Fastesson in the 95th minute of the match. For all the effort they put into the match, the Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for ACF Fiorentina.
