Matias Carlomagno showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pavel Balc in the 22nd minute of the match. In the 22nd minute, Pavel Balc left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Stone City fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pavel Balc in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Matias Carlomagno saved San Lorenzo from getting behind. In the 27th minute of the match Stone City got a corner. San Lorenzo's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. The audience was convinced that Pavel Balc's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Matias Carlomagno was relentless in the 30th minute of the game. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Pavel Balc was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, Stone City's Simon Tomasson got a free kick in the 70th minute. Stone City's Marcus Lindström was substituted for Chu Wen Le.
