Leopoldo Afonso started the match with the kick off. Benjamin Price showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Artaldo, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. Leopoldo Afonso's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 4thth minute, Amado Gamus skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Benjamin Price showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Muni Forró in the 8th minute of the match. When Characate FC's Leopoldo Afonso in the 14th minute got a chance for a shot 14th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Caricancha's goalie prevented a goal. After having played for 16 minutes, Muni Forró managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Caricancha's supporters crossed their fingers, but Muni Forró was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Joel Artaldo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Caricancha's supporters rose to their feet, but Joel Artaldo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Benjamin Price breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Benjamin Price showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Muni Forró, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Nestor Gaxan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Amado Gamus read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 24th minute of play. 25 minutes into the game, John Valeny was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Characate FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Caricancha the free kick. Astor Senio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a rather tough play, Caricancha's Elvio Nesor got a free kick in the 27th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Muni Forró in the 28th minute of play forced Characate FC's goalkeeper Benjamin Price to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Leopoldo Afonso in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Amado Gamus prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 36th minute Muni Forró shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benjamin Price saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Characate FC's zone, Joel Artaldo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benjamin Price came out of the goal and Joel Artaldo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Leopoldo Afonso struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Amado Gamus didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Characate FC. After 46 played minutes Characate FC got a freekick which was hit by Leon Napierkowski. Benjamin Price showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Astor Senio in the 48th minute of the match. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Caricancha made a substitution. Zheng Chao Bing replaced Wang Jun Wei. When the match clock showed 54 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Leopoldo Afonso sped through Caricancha's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Amado Gamus. Caricancha's Jon Hally was substituted for Muni Forró. Benjamin Price made an important save on a dangerous shot by Astor Senio in the 58th minute. Amado Gamus showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leopoldo Afonso in the 60th minute of the match. In the 74th minute Leopoldo Afonso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amado Gamus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leopoldo Afonso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Amado Gamus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rashid Paddington kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. Benjamin Price made an important save on a dangerous shot by Astor Senio in the 81st minute. In the 83rd minute, Cosmas Simbolon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 87th minute Leopoldo Afonso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amado Gamus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 88th match minute, Characate FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ernesto Txanton to maneuver through the defense. Benjamin Price made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cosmas Simbolon in the 89th minute of play. After 91 played minutes Characate FC got a freekick which was hit by Rigoberto Ur. Benjamin Price made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jon Hally in the 92nd minute.
