The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Enrique Bologna stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dimitris Maropoulos's shot from short distance in the 5th minute. The supporters of NANO FC booed when Pan Queso y Leberbush FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonathan Cordarrol didn't get a good kick on the ball. 8 minutes into the game, Pan Queso y Leberbush FC's Cornelio Cesaro nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Enrique Bologna made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. 15 minutes into the match, NANO FC's goal looked a bit too open when Dimitris Maropoulos came free, but Enrique Bologna reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 17th minute of the match Alex Palleschi sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Enrique Bologna skillfully saved the ball. Enrique Bologna showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cornelio Cesaro, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. The audience was convinced that Cornelio Cesaro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Enrique Bologna was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. After taking down the ball on Pan Queso y Leberbush FC's corner Ioseba Llorente fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Enrique Bologna quite easily take care of the ball. Enrique Bologna took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cornelio Cesaro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 31 played minutes NANO FC got a freekick which was hit by Norberto Matei. Enrique Bologna made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dimitris Maropoulos in the 32nd minute of play. After 33 minutes NANO FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Alex Palleschi who took care of the corner kick. In the 35th minute Dimitris Maropoulos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enrique Bologna saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Pan Queso y Leberbush FC's Jonathan Cordarrol in the 36th minute got a chance for a shot 36th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye NANO FC's goalie prevented a goal. If Cornelio Cesaro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pan Queso y Leberbush FC's Americo Montrel was substituted for Cornelio Cesaro. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Delmar Isauro made a kick off. Dimitris Maropoulos's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 55thth minute, Enrique Bologna skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Pan Queso y Leberbush FC's Ioseba Llorente quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Rogelio Sauveur, made in the 56th minute of the game. After having played for 58 minutes, Dimitris Maropoulos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pan Queso y Leberbush FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dimitris Maropoulos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. NANO FC's Enrique Bologna played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Americo Montrel in the 60th minute of play. Dimitris Maropoulos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Dimitris Maropoulos might have been able to make a better finish in the 67th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Enrique Bologna. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dimitris Maropoulos ran back to his position shaking his head. With a little luck, NANO FC's Enrique Bologna got control of the ball when Dimitris Maropoulos tried to sneak it across the goal line. Pan Queso y Leberbush FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Alex Palleschi in the 73rd minute. A nice corner shot did that Alex Palleschi got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Enrique Bologna quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 74th minute, Americo Montrel ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Enrique Bologna was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. NANO FC made a substitution. Paolo Mark replaced Joaquin Tadzio. The throw-in from Rogelio Sauveur in the 80th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Pan Queso y Leberbush FC's Ioseba Llorente. 81 minutes into the match, NANO FC's goalkeeper Enrique Bologna had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marc Almstedt. NANO FC's Enrique Bologna proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save NANO FC from getting a goal against them. Marc Almstedt might have been able to make a better finish in the 85th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Enrique Bologna. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Marc Almstedt ran back to his position shaking his head. Enrique Bologna made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Marc Almstedt sent off a good shot on target. Marc Almstedt blasted a shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Enrique Bologna having to make a save. NANO FC's Enrique Bologna proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save NANO FC from getting a goal against them. In the 89th match minute, Pan Queso y Leberbush FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Artemio Nesto to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the NANO FC defense, Marc Almstedt kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Enrique Bologna. The NANO FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Enrique Bologna should have stopped the shot. Pan Queso y Leberbush FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
