Dave Cole made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. German Lia kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. If Korhan Türkol had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Anselmo Iturri's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dave Cole read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. In the 25th minute, Anselmo Iturri left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Kiev FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. 28 minutes into the game, German Lia cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Peng Xu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Dave Cole made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anselmo Iturri in the 32nd minute of play. An unexpected shot in the 35th minute by Aristides Peli got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Peng Xu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Korhan Türkol in the 39th minute of the match. 40 minutes into the game, Silvestre Cuartio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ≡≡ SOMOS ARGENTINA ≡≡'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kiev FC the free kick. Silvestre Cuartio kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. 41 minutes into the match, ≡≡ SOMOS ARGENTINA ≡≡'s goalkeeper Dave Cole had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Anselmo Iturri. Dave Cole didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kiev FC. 56 minutes into the match, Kiev FC's goal looked a bit too open when German Lia came free, but Peng Xu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Korhan Türkol got free with Peng Xu in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Peng Xu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from German Lia, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Kiev FC's Peng Xu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anselmo Millano in the 67th minute of play. Kiev FC's Angelino Abeita was substituted for Aristides Peli. Antonio Mutafchiev might have been able to make a better finish in the 79th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dave Cole. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Antonio Mutafchiev ran back to his position shaking his head. Anselmo Iturri scored 3-2 in the 84th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dave Cole, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anselmo Iturri in the 90th minute of play forced ≡≡ SOMOS ARGENTINA ≡≡'s goalkeeper Dave Cole to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After taking down the ball on Kiev FC's corner Antonio Mutafchiev fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Dave Cole quite easily take care of the ball. Eliseo Furman hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. When the match had gone on for 96 minutes, Anselmo Iturri put it in 5-2 from a short distance just to the right of Dave Cole. For all the effort they put into the match, the ≡≡ SOMOS ARGENTINA ≡≡ players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense.
