To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rosendo Balesio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kaj Skager, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. The throw-in from Fabricio Quexal in the 27th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Club Atletico Los Andes's Tomáš Lamačka. Dochko Rodev made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wei De Ling in the 29th minute of play. Dochko Rodev came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by AC Rangers's Wei De Ling. But to his dismay, Wei De Ling quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Kaj Skager scored 1-1 in the 33rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rosendo Balesio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Orlando Inautzi in the 35th minute of play forced AC Rangers's goalkeeper Rosendo Balesio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 36 minutes AC Rangers's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Abel Krorby who took care of the corner kick. 39 minutes into the match, Kaj Skager had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rosendo Balesio. AC Rangers's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kaj Skager was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. If Moises Faron had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Club Atletico Los Andes's Kaj Skager in the 48th minute got a chance for a shot 48th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye AC Rangers's goalie prevented a goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

Club Atletico Los Andes made a substitution. Victoriano Loreto replaced Tomáš Lamačka. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Wei De Ling made a kick off. In the 53rd match minute, Club Atletico Los Andes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Moises Faron to maneuver through the defense. In the 55thth minute of the game Kaj Skager who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but AC Rangers's Rosendo Balesio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 77th minute, Club Atletico Los Andes's Kaj Skager dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-4. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kaj Skager in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rosendo Balesio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Kaj Skager who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 83rdth minute tested the skills of Rosendo Balesio when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Rosendo Balesio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kaj Skager's shot from short distance in the 84th minute. After 86 played minutes AC Rangers got a freekick which was hit by Salvador Ubarna. In the 87th minute, Salvador Ubarna hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rosendo Balesio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kaj Skager in the 90th minute. With a little luck, AC Rangers's Rosendo Balesio got control of the ball when Kaj Skager tried to sneak it across the goal line. Kaj Skager could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 96th minute of the match, but Rosendo Balesio made a huge save. Kaj Skager in the 98thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Rosendo Balesio, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save.
