In the 4th minute, Pedro Jaunti got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Santo Lluterio might have been able to make a better finish in the 9th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kaan Safir. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Santo Lluterio ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maximo Frisco in the 12th minute of play forced Chivos's goalkeeper Kaan Safir to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 13 minutes had been played when some careless play by Chivos's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Santo Lluterio was slow to take the kick. During this time Tetra Pack FC's players had a chance to rest. After having played for 15 minutes, Wilfredo Cordara managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chivos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wilfredo Cordara was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Evaristo Milian made in the 19th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Faustino Abella immediately put the ball in play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maximo Frisco in the 21st minute of play forced Chivos's goalkeeper Kaan Safir to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kaan Safir made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Faustino Abella in the 24th minute of play. 28 minutes into the game, Chivos's Wilfredo Cordara nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Silvano Arnau made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. After having played for 32 minutes, Maximo Frisco managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tetra Pack FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Maximo Frisco was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 34th minute, Chivos's Wilfredo Cordara ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Silvano Arnau. Silvano Arnau yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. When Chivos's Wilfredo Cordara in the 41st minute got a chance for a shot 41st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Tetra Pack FC's goalie prevented a goal. Antonio Arnau hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. Silvano Arnau showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wilfredo Cordara, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. 44 minutes into the game, Pedro Jaunti cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Silvano Arnau was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Pedro Jaunti came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Chivos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pedro Jaunti couldn't finish the play. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Silvano Arnau showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wilfredo Cordara, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. 64 minutes into the match, Wilfredo Cordara notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Tetra Pack FC's Silvano Arnau. Silvano Arnau was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 74 minutes of play, Chivos's Wilfredo Cordara made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Silvano Arnau was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a defensive mix-up in Tetra Pack FC's zone, Isaac Bohlin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Silvano Arnau came out of the goal and Isaac Bohlin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lindo Trabucco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Silvano Arnau tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Angel Diagur took the ball and in the 93 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Silvano Arnau. Silvano Arnau dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Chivos had played much better football throughout.
