Korneliusz Brak came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by Dep Colonia Avellaneda's Leopoldo Rosa. But to his dismay, Leopoldo Rosa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After a rather tough play, Dep Colonia Avellaneda's Vasile Tufescu got a free kick in the 18th minute. Korneliusz Brak showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Darryl Buckner, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Korneliusz Brak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Darryl Buckner, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 26th play minute Jeremey Vanooteghem came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Victoriano Bernaldo. 1-1. If Leopoldo Rosa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jeremey Vanooteghem could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Victoriano Bernaldo made a huge save. In the 39th minute, Evaristo Errapel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 40 minutes into the match, Quitilipi's goal looked a bit too open when Darryl Buckner came free, but Korneliusz Brak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Darryl Buckner made the kick off in the second half. If Darryl Buckner had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Korneliusz Brak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Darryl Buckner in the 51st minute of the match. The supporters of Dep Colonia Avellaneda booed when Quitilipi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcu Scripcaru didn't get a good kick on the ball. 52 minutes into the match, Quitilipi's goal looked a bit too open when Darryl Buckner came free, but Korneliusz Brak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Korneliusz Brak stood somewhat misplaced when Darryl Buckner came free in front of goal and shot 1-3 to the left of him in the 54 minute. Darryl Buckner blasted a shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Korneliusz Brak having to make a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Darryl Buckner got free with Korneliusz Brak in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Quitilipi's Korneliusz Brak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Darryl Buckner in the 61st minute of play. Korneliusz Brak had great luck who in the 61stth minute grab hold of the ball when Darryl Buckner from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Korneliusz Brak stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Darryl Buckner's shot from short distance in the 64th minute. After a rather tough play, Quitilipi's Domingo Haritzeder got a free kick in the 65th minute. When Jeremey Vanooteghem came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the Quitilipi fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jeremey Vanooteghem couldn't finish the play. Darryl Buckner might have been able to make a better finish in the 80th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Korneliusz Brak. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Darryl Buckner ran back to his position shaking his head. Quitilipi's Korneliusz Brak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Darryl Buckner in the 80th minute of play. Darryl Buckner might have been able to make a better finish in the 87th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Korneliusz Brak. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Darryl Buckner ran back to his position shaking his head. 87 minutes into the match, Quitilipi's goal looked a bit too open when Darryl Buckner came free, but Korneliusz Brak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Dep Colonia Avellaneda's Darryl Buckner in the 89th minute got a chance for a shot 89th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Quitilipi's goalie prevented a goal. In the 90th minute Dep Colonia Avellaneda were awarded a corner. Claudio Cerritos went to the cornerflag to take it. Astor Boni tried in the game's 90th match minute to clear up in front of his own goal but it went so bad that he put the ball into the goal to the left of an unhappy Korneliusz Brak. An annoying self made goal, 1-6. 94 minutes into the match, Quitilipi's Jeremey Vanooteghem broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. The Dep Colonia Avellaneda supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Dep Colonia Avellaneda would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
