In the 13th minute of the game Rhett Latourelle made a throw-in which Leandro Lucado played forward. 16 minutes into the match, Carlos Cesaro notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Oshyros ll's Fumo Pocock. Fumo Pocock was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Nacho Roca struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Fumo Pocock didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for MARTINETA. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carlos Cesaro in the 26th minute of play forced Oshyros ll's goalkeeper Fumo Pocock to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nacho Roca sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With an all-out effort, Oshyros ll's Garaona Alfeiran threw himself towards the right post 36 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Sten Andrejević, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 龚辉适 kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Garaona Alfeiran made an important save on a dangerous shot by Isaac Intxixu in the 40th minute. 41 minutes into the match, MARTINETA's goalkeeper Garaona Alfeiran had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Isaac Intxixu. After the first half MARTINETA were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

With a couple of smart ball manuevers Carlos Cesaro in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fumo Pocock saved Oshyros ll from getting behind. Fumo Pocock showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nacho Roca, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Fumo Pocock made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nacho Roca in the 82nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by João Severino in the 83rd minute of play forced Oshyros ll's goalkeeper Fumo Pocock to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
