The crowd rose to their feet as Marco George kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Hector Cambranes. That made the score 2-1 in the 47 minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Hector Cambranes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marco George in the 53rd minute of play. 54 minutes into the match, ᴡɪʟᴅᴇxʜᴀᴍ ꜰᴄ's goal looked a bit too open when Sofiane Mourlon came free, but Hector Cambranes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
