The audience thought a goal was coming when Hernan Lehen got free with Şenol Güneş in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 11th match minute, LOS MENTI was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 汪常然 to maneuver through the defense. In the 16th minute, Sergio Dantae hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. David Gagriel didn't quite understand what happened when in the 18 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. If Casimiro Cordarell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 20 minutes into the match, LOS MENTI's goal looked a bit too open when Casimiro Cordarell came free, but Şenol Güneş reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 29th minute Casimiro Cordarell shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Şenol Güneş saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The throw-in from Angelo Abeijon in the 31st minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Nippur de Lagash 2's Benjamin Navarro. Şenol Güneş showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Casimiro Cordarell, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling 汪常然 in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tito Chayo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Şenol Güneş showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Casimiro Cordarell in the 36th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Nippur de Lagash 2's zone, Faustino Cedro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tito Chayo came out of the goal and Faustino Cedro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Marco George recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, LOS MENTI's Şenol Güneş got control of the ball when Casimiro Cordarell tried to sneak it across the goal line. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell 汪常然 to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, LOS MENTI's goal looked a bit too open when Hernan Lehen came free, but Şenol Güneş reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gavino De Mitri kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Tito Chayo made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when 汪常然 sent off a good shot on target. 55 minutes into the match, Nippur de Lagash 2's Hernan Lehen sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Şenol Güneş narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Tito Chayo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 汪常然 in the 57th minute of the match. In the 60th minute of the game Angelo Abeijon made a throw-in which Faustino Cedro played forward. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Casimiro Cordarell in the 62nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Şenol Güneş saved LOS MENTI from getting behind. After a rather tough play, LOS MENTI's Sofiane Mourlon got a free kick in the 68th minute. After 69 played minutes Nippur de Lagash 2 got a freekick which was hit by Casimiro Cordarell. Gavino De Mitri charged in rather forcefully in the 70th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gavino De Mitri the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Nippur de Lagash 2's Segundo Oro was substituted for Hernan Lehen. Gavino De Mitri hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. Tito Chayo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Faustino Cedro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 76 minutes into the match, Marco George had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tito Chayo. Nippur de Lagash 2's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Marco George was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marco George in the 81st minute of play forced Nippur de Lagash 2's goalkeeper Tito Chayo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 82 minutes into the game, 汪常然 was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. LOS MENTI's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Nippur de Lagash 2 the free kick. In the 88th match minute, LOS MENTI was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marco George to maneuver through the defense. Marco George kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benjamin De Mitri in the 92nd minute of play forced LOS MENTI's goalkeeper Şenol Güneş to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
