Nico Veit recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Aitor Branca's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Inocencio Veronica was relentless in the 7th minute of the game. Aitor Branca might have been able to make a better finish in the 8th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Inocencio Veronica. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Aitor Branca ran back to his position shaking his head. Inocencio Veronica showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aitor Branca in the 11th minute of the match. Dolar Blue Ψ were awarded a corner in the 12th minute after Rafaela FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Valdemar Holm took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Valdemar Holm got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Inocencio Veronica quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 14th minute Rodrigo-Sebastian Palacio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but David Abad saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 26 minutes into the game, Rafaela FC's Severo Oriche nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. David Abad made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Rafaela FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Nico Veit in the 36th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aitor Branca in the 39th minute of play forced Rafaela FC's goalkeeper Inocencio Veronica to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 46 minutes into the match, Dolar Blue Ψ's goalkeeper David Abad had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Octavio Gonzo. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rodrigo-Sebastian Palacio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. David Abad made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Severo Oriche in the 52nd minute of play. When Aitor Branca came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Dolar Blue Ψ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aitor Branca couldn't finish the play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Basilio Guillerme during the 60th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Rafaela FC's Basilio Guillerme got a free kick in the 60th minute. Aitor Branca took the ball and in the 62 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Inocencio Veronica. Inocencio Veronica dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. Inocencio Veronica took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aitor Branca, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Inocencio Veronica showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aitor Branca in the 66th minute of the match. Dolar Blue Ψ's Luk Pieters was substituted for Chu Xiang Li. Dolar Blue Ψ made a substitution. Remigio Vigil replaced Santiago Eriksen. In the 69th minute Dolar Blue Ψ were awarded a corner. Valdemar Holm went to the cornerflag to take it. After 72 minutes of play, Dolar Blue Ψ's Arnulfo Chano made it 1-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Inocencio Veronica was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 89th minute Dolar Blue Ψ were awarded a corner. Valdemar Holm went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Dolar Blue Ψ's corner Valdemar Holm fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Inocencio Veronica quite easily take care of the ball. 91 minutes into the match, Dolar Blue Ψ's goal looked a bit too open when Rodrigo-Sebastian Palacio came free, but David Abad reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Inocencio Veronica showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arnulfo Chano in the 93rd minute of the match. The Rafaela FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Dolar Blue Ψ's performance. The match ended with a win for Dolar Blue Ψ.
