The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Fang Kang Guang sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 8 minutes into the match, Adrogue FC's goal looked a bit too open when Fang Kang Guang came free, but Franco Armani reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fang Kang Guang in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Franco Armani prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Fang Kang Guang took the ball and in the 16 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Franco Armani. Franco Armani dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. With a little luck, Adrogue FC's Franco Armani got control of the ball when Fang Kang Guang tried to sneak it across the goal line. Fang Kang Guang received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Franco Armani came out and tried to block the shot, but Fang Kang Guang slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 25th minute. The supporters of Dogo Argentino booed when Adrogue FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ramiro Funes Mori didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fang Kang Guang in the 41st minute of play forced Adrogue FC's goalkeeper Franco Armani to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fang Kang Guang's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Franco Armani read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 45th minute of play. Adrogue FC's attentive Benigno Richie managed to snatch the ball when Alejandro Hidalgo made a throw-in in the 47th minute of the game. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Dogo Argentino's Lorenzo Bingen was substituted for Julian Palban. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Laureano Vergaray made a kick off. In the 55th minute, You Fei left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Dogo Argentino fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. A collision led to Dogo Argentino getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Fabricio Eguerdi hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Laureano Vergaray in the 59th minute of play forced Dogo Argentino's goalkeeper Daniel Raebert to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dogo Argentino's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Laureano Vergaray 61 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 3-1. Franco Armani took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from You Fei, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dogo Argentino were awarded a corner in the 68th minute after Adrogue FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ezequiel Dubardo took the corner. After a rather tough play, Dogo Argentino's Václav Draho got a free kick in the 72nd minute. In the 78th minute, You Fei ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Franco Armani was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. Adrogue FC made a substitution. Piti Martinez replaced Juan Pablo Angel. Franco Armani showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Václav Draho, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. Benigno Richie got a throw-in 88 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Ismael Abalos.
