Luis Nardo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabricio Semeno in the 23rd minute of play. Luis Nardo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Agustin Ponc in the 27th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Segundo Marko in the 29th minute of play forced Florida Gulf Coast's goalkeeper Luis Nardo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luis Nardo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Segundo Marko in the 31st minute of play. After having played for 33 minutes, Steve Rogers managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Segundo Marko to make the kick off. A collision led to Florida Gulf Coast getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Sixto Bitxintxo hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wawrzyniec Sokol in the 57th minute of play forced Florida Gulf Coast's goalkeeper Luis Nardo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hong Jian didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Florida Gulf Coast. In the 68th minute Lukáš Katačić shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hong Jian saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Ren&Fel C.A.R.P. 09-12-18's Wawrzyniec Sokol got a free kick in the 80th minute. Luis Nardo made a fantastic save in the 83rd minute, when Segundo Marko sent off a good shot on target. Hong Jian took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lukáš Katačić, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Florida Gulf Coast's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Agustin Ponc ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Segundo Marko almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Florida Gulf Coast's Luis Nardo did a great save. A collision led to Ren&Fel C.A.R.P. 09-12-18 getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Frank Mastronardi hit a great ball. Ren&Fel C.A.R.P. 09-12-18 played a much better game than Florida Gulf Coast and deserved their victory. The Florida Gulf Coast players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
