Victor Bakar could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Fabio Lordi made a huge save. Augusto Batalla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dominic Pastor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The corner led Villa Lourdes FC's Blas Oihenarte to fire away a dangerous shot which Augusto Batalla despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 29 minutes into the match, Arianos DM's Victor Bakar sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fabio Lordi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Fabio Lordi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Victor Bakar in the 30th minute. After 31 played minutes Villa Lourdes FC got a freekick which was hit by Bhadrayu Sethi. In the 34th match minute, Villa Lourdes FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bhadrayu Sethi to maneuver through the defense. 37 minutes had been played when some careless play by Villa Lourdes FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Fausto Mannie was slow to take the kick. During this time Arianos DM's players had a chance to rest. Arianos DM's Fausto Mannie was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Fabio Lordi in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Villa Lourdes FC's Fabio Lordi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save Villa Lourdes FC from getting a goal against them. In the 44thth minute of the game Dominic Pastor who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Arianos DM's Augusto Batalla was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Arianos DM's Jeronimo Bento got a free kick in the 46th minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

In the 54th minute Arianos DM were awarded a corner. Fausto Mannie went to the cornerflag to take it. It was a well-played corner which Jeronimo Bento managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. In the 56th minute Dominic Pastor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Augusto Batalla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Augusto Batalla came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by Villa Lourdes FC's Albino Mikelar. But to his dismay, Albino Mikelar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Arianos DM's Augusto Batalla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dominic Pastor in the 64th minute of play. Dominic Pastor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Augusto Batalla tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Villa Lourdes FC's Hermengildo Jakue managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Reynaldo Atauri in the 71 minute of the game. Dominic Pastor's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Augusto Batalla read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 77th minute of play. In the 87th match minute, Villa Lourdes FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bhadrayu Sethi to maneuver through the defense. Villa Lourdes FC's Paulino Valiente was substituted for Dominic Pastor. Villa Lourdes FC's Nicanor Lluterio was substituted for Mauro Walme.
