In the 13th minute, Tolek Jarmulowicz made a precise shot to the right of Tanek Bielejewski. Grasshoppers Klucze's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. After having played for 15 minutes, Tolek Jarmulowicz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Olimpia Koło's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tolek Jarmulowicz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Tadeusz Raschke came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Grasshoppers Klucze fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tadeusz Raschke couldn't finish the play. Pawel Madej made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tadeusz Raschke in the 24th minute of play. With an all-out effort, Grasshoppers Klucze's Pawel Madej threw himself towards the right post 33 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Tadeusz Raschke, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 35 minutes into the game, David Skjold cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Tanek Bielejewski was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 41 played minutes Olimpia Koło got a freekick which was hit by Ubaldo Urbez. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Enzo Caretti during the 43rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Olimpia Koło booed when Grasshoppers Klucze was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Enzo Caretti didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 46th minute, one of Olimpia Koło:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Olimpia Koło. When the match had been going on for 49 minutes, Grasshoppers Klucze's Tadeusz Raschke got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Pawel Madej. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell David Skjold to make the kick off. Pawel Madej took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kacper Charamut, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Olimpia Koło defense, Kacper Charamut kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pawel Madej. The Olimpia Koło fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pawel Madej should have stopped the shot. After having played for 57 minutes, Tadeusz Raschke managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Grasshoppers Klucze's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tadeusz Raschke was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 59th minute, but Tanek Bielejewski got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving Grasshoppers Klucze hanging dry this time. In the 63rd minute, Tadeusz Raschke ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pawel Madej was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. Grasshoppers Klucze's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Pedro Ferdinand in the 68th minute. Tolek Jarmulowicz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Tanek Bielejewski having to make a save. After having played for 77 minutes, Tolek Jarmulowicz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. The corner ended in Cyryl Adamus almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Grasshoppers Klucze's Tanek Bielejewski did a great save. Tadeusz Raschke blasted a shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Pawel Madej having to make a save. Pawel Madej showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tadeusz Raschke, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Tolek Jarmulowicz hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. Olimpia Koło's Pawel Madej played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tadeusz Raschke in the 91st minute of play. 93 minutes into the match, Damazy Franzik had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pawel Madej. Olimpia Koło's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Damazy Franzik was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 99th minute, Damazy Franzik managed to get in a good position for a shot. Grasshoppers Klucze's supporters rose to their feet, but Damazy Franzik was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pawel Madej breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. For all the effort they put into the match, the Olimpia Koło players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Grasshoppers Klucze.
