The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Grzegorz Glaza kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. FC Rudzianka Szczecin's Wincent Chmielecki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bogumil Dankowski in the 8th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kryspin Kojder in the 9th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sébastien Marionneau saved Posejdon Gdynia from getting behind. In the 13th minute, FC Rudzianka Szczecin's Kryspin Kojder dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. In the 16th minute, Julian Walczyk made a precise shot to the right of Sébastien Marionneau. Posejdon Gdynia's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. In the 19th minute Co Wielaert shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wincent Chmielecki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Posejdon Gdynia's Sébastien Marionneau proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save Posejdon Gdynia from getting a goal against them. After some careless play in the FC Rudzianka Szczecin defense, Borys Witwicki kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Wincent Chmielecki. The FC Rudzianka Szczecin fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Wincent Chmielecki should have stopped the shot. The supporters of Posejdon Gdynia booed when FC Rudzianka Szczecin was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Julian Walczyk didn't get a good kick on the ball. Grzegorz Glaza kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Sébastien Marionneau made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kryspin Kojder in the 39th minute. Posejdon Gdynia's Borys Witwicki managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Ludomil Iwanowski in the 41 minute of the game.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bogumil Dankowski stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Posejdon Gdynia's zone, Kryspin Kojder stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sébastien Marionneau came out of the goal and Kryspin Kojder tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Posejdon Gdynia's Marian Ciupierdo was substituted for Marian Serwach. In the 73rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Posejdon Gdynia's goalkeeper Sébastien Marionneau, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 74th minute of the match FC Rudzianka Szczecin got a corner. Posejdon Gdynia's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Maciej Janko ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on FC Rudzianka Szczecin's corner Maciej Janko fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Sébastien Marionneau quite easily take care of the ball. 78 minutes into the match, Kryspin Kojder notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Posejdon Gdynia's Sébastien Marionneau. Sébastien Marionneau was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 83rd minute, one of Posejdon Gdynia:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Posejdon Gdynia. In the 85th minute there was a penalty for FC Rudzianka Szczecin. Maciej Janko stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Sébastien Marionneau. 5-1. FC Rudzianka Szczecin's Julian Walczyk got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Beniamin Gleba's late challenge caught a FC Rudzianka Szczecin's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Beniamin Gleba helped the player get up and apologised. When Maciej Janko came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the FC Rudzianka Szczecin fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Maciej Janko couldn't finish the play. Sébastien Marionneau didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Kryspin Kojder went, in the 96th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-1 was the resulting score. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. FC Rudzianka Szczecin had played much better football throughout.
