After a defensive mix-up in KS HANZA Goleniów's zone, Kala Mala stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ferdinand Thurø came out of the goal and Kala Mala tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Alper Benli made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, KS HANZA Goleniów's goal looked a bit too open when Zygmunt Jarmulowicz came free, but Ferdinand Thurø reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zbigniew Boniek hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Ferdinand Thurø showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zygmunt Jarmulowicz, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Ferdinand Thurø stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Andrzej Juskowiak's shot from short distance in the 87th minute. In the 87thth minute of the game Andrzej Juskowiak who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but KS HANZA Goleniów's Ferdinand Thurø was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Alper Benli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ferdinand Thurø having to interfere. Ferdinand Thurø took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andrzej Juskowiak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ferdinand Thurø didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when WZG Sandomierz's Andrzej Juskowiak shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 5-1 in the ordered_time% minute. For all the effort they put into the match, the KS HANZA Goleniów players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for WZG Sandomierz.
