The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. KKS Legia Deptaka's Feliks Wojton got a good chance for a goal in the 7th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Kazimierz Czekaj took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lech Pisarcik, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The corner ended in Lech Pisarcik almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but FC Zalesie Górne's Kazimierz Czekaj did a great save. KKS Legia Deptaka's Norbert Cieslak was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 10th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. After a rather tough play, KKS Legia Deptaka's Mateusz Gierlach got a free kick in the 12th minute. Feliks Wojton's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 15thth minute, Kazimierz Czekaj skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Dominik Pachucki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Napoleon Fronczak in the 17th minute of the match. KKS Legia Deptaka's Dominik Pachucki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Napoleon Fronczak in the 21st minute of play. In the 21st minute Napoleon Fronczak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dominik Pachucki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. KKS Legia Deptaka's Dominik Pachucki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pankracy Birkenhagen in the 24th minute of play. In the 27th match minute, KKS Legia Deptaka was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Konrad Poling to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lech Pisarcik in the 31st minute of play forced FC Zalesie Górne's goalkeeper Kazimierz Czekaj to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Feliks Wojton could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Kazimierz Czekaj made a huge save. Feliks Wojton received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Kazimierz Czekaj came out and tried to block the shot, but Feliks Wojton slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 35th minute. Feliks Wojton's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kazimierz Czekaj read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 40th minute of play. KKS Legia Deptaka's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Lech Pisarcik in the 41st minute. The corner led KKS Legia Deptaka's Walery Dytrych to fire away a dangerous shot which Kazimierz Czekaj despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Feliks Wojton made a kick off. Lech Pisarcik fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kazimierz Czekaj having to interfere. In the 59th minute, Feliks Wojton made a precise shot to the right of Kazimierz Czekaj. FC Zalesie Górne's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. Dominik Pachucki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Miroslaw Wojno in the 63rd minute of the match. Dominik Pachucki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Miroslaw Wojno, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 68th minute, Napoleon Fronczak got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience was convinced that Leszek Maziarz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kazimierz Czekaj was relentless in the 83rd minute of the game. After 83 minutes of play, KKS Legia Deptaka's Leszek Maziarz made it 7-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kazimierz Czekaj was left in no man's land by his defense there! Kazimierz Czekaj came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by KKS Legia Deptaka's Leszek Maziarz. But to his dismay, Leszek Maziarz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leszek Maziarz in the 90th minute of play forced FC Zalesie Górne's goalkeeper Kazimierz Czekaj to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the FC Zalesie Górne defense, Leszek Maziarz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kazimierz Czekaj. The FC Zalesie Górne fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kazimierz Czekaj should have stopped the shot.
