Olimpia HSB's Tolek Kiszkiel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Han Guang Kang in the 6th minute of play. In the 7th minute, Rodney Lindov left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Olimpia HSB fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fabian Czeszejko in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Krzysztof Lodowy prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Oden Vandamme had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 17 minutes into the match, Bears are Back's goal looked a bit too open when Fabian Czeszejko came free, but Krzysztof Lodowy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabian Czeszejko in the 18th minute of play forced Bears are Back's goalkeeper Krzysztof Lodowy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A sloppy throw-in by Rogério Baptista in the 21st minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Olimpia HSB's Panait Maxim. In the 21st minute, Oden Vandamme hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Krzysztof Lodowy showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabian Czeszejko, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Bears are Back's zone, Fabian Czeszejko stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Krzysztof Lodowy came out of the goal and Fabian Czeszejko tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Bears are Back players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Olimpia HSB were winning 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Fabian Czeszejko made a kick off. Tolek Kiszkiel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oden Vandamme in the 50th minute of play. Krzysztof Lodowy was out of position in the 54 minute of play, and Fabian Czeszejko capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Fabian Czeszejko really showed his touch with that goal: 0-2. Fabian Czeszejko blasted a shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Krzysztof Lodowy having to make a save. Nikola Mirotić could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Krzysztof Lodowy made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jacek Pietrowiak got free with Krzysztof Lodowy in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Krzysztof Lodowy stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jacek Pietrowiak's shot from short distance in the 88th minute. Tolek Kiszkiel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Han Guang Kang, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tolek Kiszkiel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oden Vandamme in the 93rd minute of the match. The Bears are Back supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Olimpia HSB's performance. The match ended with a win for Olimpia HSB.
