Ubaldo Lluterio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Paolo Cucao's shot from short distance in the 8th minute. Paolo Cucao did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Ubaldo Lluterio 11 minutes into the match. In the 16th minute the ball was on its way in behind KOLEJORZ POZNAŃ's goalkeeper Filipe Meireles, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Gorom Kanø had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 24 minutes into the game, KOLEJORZ POZNAŃ's Vincent Van Gogh nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ubaldo Lluterio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Purple Shadows's Ubaldo Lluterio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paolo Cucao in the 28th minute of play. 29 minutes had been played when some careless play by Purple Shadows's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Lech Frankowski was slow to take the kick. During this time KOLEJORZ POZNAŃ's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Lech Frankowski almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Purple Shadows's Ubaldo Lluterio did a great save. After a rather tough play, Purple Shadows's Konrad Wojton got a free kick in the 31st minute. Paolo Cucao sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ubaldo Lluterio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Paolo Cucao in the 32nd minute. Konrad Wojton's late challenge caught a KOLEJORZ POZNAŃ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Konrad Wojton helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Purple Shadows getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Konrad Wojton hit a great ball. In the 36th minute Paolo Cucao shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ubaldo Lluterio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Purple Shadows's Ubaldo Lluterio got control of the ball when Vincent Van Gogh tried to sneak it across the goal line. 42 minutes into the match, KOLEJORZ POZNAŃ's Paolo Cucao sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ubaldo Lluterio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

56 minutes into the game, Konrad Wojton threw the ball into play from the sideline. KOLEJORZ POZNAŃ's Panda Komando quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Ubaldo Lluterio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paolo Cucao in the 57th minute of the match. Paolo Cucao might have been able to make a better finish in the 61st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ubaldo Lluterio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Paolo Cucao ran back to his position shaking his head. Ubaldo Lluterio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paolo Cucao, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. The supporters of Purple Shadows booed when KOLEJORZ POZNAŃ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Czeslaw Patora didn't get a good kick on the ball. When KOLEJORZ POZNAŃ's Paolo Cucao in the 71st minute got a chance for a shot 71st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. But to his dismay, Paolo Cucao quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. After a rather tough play, Purple Shadows's Milosz Wieczorek got a free kick in the 77th minute. After 80 minutes of play Purple Shadows's Konrad Wojton was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. A collision led to Purple Shadows getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Konrad Wojton hit a great ball. Paolo Cucao blasted a shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ubaldo Lluterio having to make a save. In the 82nd minute Paolo Cucao shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ubaldo Lluterio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 86 minutes into the match, Purple Shadows's goal looked a bit too open when Paolo Cucao came free, but Ubaldo Lluterio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Paolo Cucao fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ubaldo Lluterio having to interfere. Ubaldo Lluterio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vincent Van Gogh, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. The audience was convinced that Paolo Cucao's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ubaldo Lluterio was relentless in the 94th minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in Purple Shadows's zone, Paolo Cucao stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ubaldo Lluterio came out of the goal and Paolo Cucao tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. KOLEJORZ POZNAŃ had won after a very even match.
