The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Vito Tasso was the one to do the kick off. Juan José Ferraros short, quick shot in the 51stth minute got Gustaw Kosmatka to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After 62 played minutes GKS Milenium got a freekick which was hit by Edmund Zahemski. 74 minutes into the match, GKS Milenium's goal looked a bit too open when Wawrzyniec Bielecki came free, but Artur Brack reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Juan José Ferraro kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Gustaw Kosmatka. That made the score 0-4 in the 80 minute of play. GKS Milenium's Szymon Gregorczyk was substituted for Kajetan Maziarski. Artur Brack made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Grzegorz Wyrostek in the 85th minute of play. After 86 played minutes GKS Milenium got a freekick which was hit by Juan José Ferraro. The supporters of GKS Milenium booed when Karpaty Krosno was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wojciech Kluska didn't get a good kick on the ball. 92 minutes into the match, Zenon Debkowski sent off a long shot that looked like it was going straight into the goal, but because Gustaw Kosmatka threw himself in his full length he managed to grip the ball by the left post, and there was no goal for Zenon Debkowski this time. Karpaty Krosno's Gustaw Kosmatka played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Georges-Philippe Coussement in the 93rd minute of play. After some careless play in the Karpaty Krosno defense, Juan José Ferraro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gustaw Kosmatka. The Karpaty Krosno fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gustaw Kosmatka should have stopped the shot.
