Borys Wolnik showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Themistoklis Gounaris in the 4th minute of the match. 5 minutes had been played when some careless play by PTC Pabianice's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Themistoklis Gounaris was slow to take the kick. During this time FC ZARZECZE's players had a chance to rest. 12 minutes into the match, FC ZARZECZE's goal looked a bit too open when Edgar Gondela came free, but Zenon Trzemzalski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zula Plaski in the 13th minute of play forced FC ZARZECZE's goalkeeper Zenon Trzemzalski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After taking down the ball on PTC Pabianice's corner Tobiasz Rosiewicz fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Zenon Trzemzalski quite easily take care of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bogdan Udrişte in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Borys Wolnik saved PTC Pabianice from getting behind. In the 22nd minute of the match, Edgar Gondela got a very nice opportunity to score, but Zenon Trzemzalski was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The supporters of FC ZARZECZE booed when PTC Pabianice was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roman Podwojski didn't get a good kick on the ball. When FC ZARZECZE's Bogdan Udrişte in the 34th minute got a chance for a shot 34th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye PTC Pabianice's goalie prevented a goal. Zula Plaski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Zenon Trzemzalski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teobald Wlodyga in the 39th minute of play forced PTC Pabianice's goalkeeper Borys Wolnik to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 43rd match minute, PTC Pabianice was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zula Plaski to maneuver through the defense. If Zula Plaski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Dariusz Kaszubik kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Borys Wolnik took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Themistoklis Gounaris, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. FC ZARZECZE's Bogdan Udrişte got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. PTC Pabianice's Boleslaw Ramzinski was substituted for Tobiasz Rosiewicz. After 67 played minutes FC ZARZECZE got a freekick which was hit by Roman Frenzel. Edgar Gondela received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Zenon Trzemzalski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kajetan Tyszka hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Edgar Gondela during the 74th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to PTC Pabianice getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Edgar Gondela hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zula Plaski in the 79th minute of play forced FC ZARZECZE's goalkeeper Zenon Trzemzalski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The corner led PTC Pabianice's Boleslaw Ramzinski to fire away a dangerous shot which Zenon Trzemzalski despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 92nd minute, Bogdan Udrişte got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. For all the effort they put into the match, the FC ZARZECZE players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for PTC Pabianice.
