In the 12th minute Pankracy Rasiak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Artur Boruc saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Artur Boruc took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pankracy Rasiak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 13th minute, Marian Duszenski made a precise shot to the right of Artur Boruc. Joga Bonito's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. 22 minutes into the match, Andy Symons dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Filip Topolski, 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marian Duszenski in the 27th minute of play forced Joga Bonito's goalkeeper Artur Boruc to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Artur Boruc took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pankracy Rasiak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Filip Topolski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Luo Wei Xi in the 30th minute. Luo Wei Xi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Filip Topolski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Artur Boruc took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ziemowit Smolarek, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 34 minutes into the game, LKS Wasik Lidzbark's Ziemowit Smolarek nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Artur Boruc made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. The audience was convinced that Dudu Freitas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Artur Boruc was relentless in the 43rd minute of the game. A collision led to Joga Bonito getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Tobiasz Henryk hit a great ball. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Caio da Rocha to strike the kick off in the second half. Pankracy Rasiak's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 53rdth minute, Artur Boruc skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Artur Boruc came out of the goal in the 61st minute to try and stop a shot by LKS Wasik Lidzbark's Dudu Freitas. But to his dismay, Dudu Freitas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. In the 64th minute the ball was on its way in behind Joga Bonito's goalkeeper Artur Boruc, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Filip Topolski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luo Wei Xi in the 68th minute of play. Victor Rutenio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Artur Boruc tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Dudu Freitas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Artur Boruc made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marian Duszenski in the 78th minute of play. 79 minutes into the match, Joga Bonito's goal looked a bit too open when Dudu Freitas came free, but Artur Boruc reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Artur Boruc showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marian Duszenski in the 90th minute of the match. Joga Bonito's defense didn't have a chance, in the 94th minute, when Dudu Freitas scored to the left of an out of position Artur Boruc, making the score, 1-4.
