Srebrny Grom DK's Gustaw Sobania played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iacob Stătescu in the 11th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bartlomiej Olejarz in the 14th minute of play forced Srebrny Grom DK's goalkeeper Gustaw Sobania to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 15 minutes, Iacob Stătescu put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Gustaw Sobania. After 19 played minutes Srebrny Grom DK got a freekick which was hit by Adam Czubski. In the 20th minute Iacob Stătescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gustaw Sobania saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gustaw Sobania stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Iacob Stătescu's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. 40 minutes into the match, F. C. Clonmels Devils's goal looked a bit too open when Zachariasz Polakowski came free, but Andrea Sabatini reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gustaw Sobania made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iacob Stătescu in the 41st minute of play. Gustaw Sobania stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Iacob Stătescu's shot from short distance in the 43rd minute. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

A collision led to F. C. Clonmels Devils getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Damian Dubiel hit a great ball. In the 69th match minute, Srebrny Grom DK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lech Kojder to maneuver through the defense. Clonmels Devils were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
