In the 11th minute Gigel Hidișan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mieszko Wielgopolski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mieszko Wielgopolski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Slawomir Peszko in the 18th minute of the match. FC Wieliczka's Mieszko Wielgopolski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gilbert Pusiak in the 20th minute of play. 21 minutes into the match, Slawomir Peszko had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mieszko Wielgopolski. FC Wieliczka's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Slawomir Peszko was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Mieszko Wielgopolski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gilbert Pusiak, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gilbert Pusiak was the one to do the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gilbert Pusiak got free with Mieszko Wielgopolski in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mieszko Wielgopolski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Slawomir Peszko, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When LKS Wisła Szczucin's Gilbert Pusiak in the 59th minute got a chance for a shot 59th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After 65 played minutes LKS Wisła Szczucin got a freekick which was hit by Dawid Birkenhagen. Dawid Birkenhagen hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Mieszko Wielgopolski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Slawomir Peszko, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. After 76 played minutes FC Wieliczka got a freekick which was hit by Mariusz Solarek. Damian Gurgul struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Mieszko Wielgopolski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for LKS Wisła Szczucin. LKS Wisła Szczucin's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
