Izydor Ludwa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wojciech Merski in the 30th minute of the match. Cyryl Praski scored 0-6 in the 33rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Izydor Ludwa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 37th play minutes Olaf Sliwinski shot 0-7, a short shot which went by Izydor Ludwa and just under the crossbar into goal. 47 minutes into the game, Miroslaw Molski cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-8. Izydor Ludwa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The Red Army players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. FC Płoszyce were winning 0-8.

The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lucjan Bugno during the 53rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Izydor Ludwa was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Szczepan Olchawa showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-13 in the 82 minute of play. Izydor Ludwa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Olaf Sliwinski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
