The BVB Borussia Solec Zdrój fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Artur Boruc didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lukasz Kempski went, in the 6th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Szymon Klose in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ksawery Klucznik prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Artur Boruc showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lukasz Kempski in the 13th minute of the match. 16 minutes had been played when some careless play by IKP Wolimierz's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Handoko Basuki was slow to take the kick. During this time BVB Borussia Solec Zdrój's players had a chance to rest. BVB Borussia Solec Zdrój's Handoko Basuki was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Ksawery Klucznik in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 17th minute Daniil Kondratiev shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ksawery Klucznik saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 22ndth minute of the game Eugenio Toppi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but BVB Borussia Solec Zdrój's Artur Boruc was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ksawery Klucznik made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mieszko Pietrasz in the 27th minute. 30 minutes into the match, Mieszko Pietrasz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ksawery Klucznik. IKP Wolimierz's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mieszko Pietrasz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. After 34 played minutes BVB Borussia Solec Zdrój got a freekick which was hit by Ebi Smolarek. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniil Kondratiev got free with Ksawery Klucznik in the 40th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to IKP Wolimierz getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Kazimierz Pietras hit a great ball. Mieszko Pietrasz struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Ksawery Klucznik didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for BVB Borussia Solec Zdrój. Artur Boruc made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miromir Klawke in the 43rd minute of play. Waclaw Buczak charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Waclaw Buczak the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Szymon Klose made a kick off. In the 55th minute, Kazimierz Pietras hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The corner led BVB Borussia Solec Zdrój's Handoko Basuki to fire away a dangerous shot which Ksawery Klucznik despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. IKP Wolimierz's Lukasz Kempski got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 62nd minute of the match BVB Borussia Solec Zdrój got a corner. IKP Wolimierz's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Handoko Basuki ran over to the corner to take the kick. Ksawery Klucznik took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Szymon Klose, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, IKP Wolimierz's Grzegorz Czaplicki got a free kick in the 65th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lukasz Kempski in the 68th minute of play forced BVB Borussia Solec Zdrój's goalkeeper Artur Boruc to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 69 minutes had been played when some careless play by BVB Borussia Solec Zdrój's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Grzegorz Czaplicki was slow to take the kick. During this time IKP Wolimierz's players had a chance to rest. In the 80th minute BVB Borussia Solec Zdrój were awarded a corner. Handoko Basuki went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner went over the outstretched arms of IKP Wolimierz's goalie and right to Matthías Sammer. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. IKP Wolimierz's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Rafal Zajac received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Ksawery Klucznik tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 92 minutes into the match, IKP Wolimierz's goal looked a bit too open when Matthías Sammer came free, but Ksawery Klucznik reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The BVB Borussia Solec Zdrój fans cheered their team off the field, for while IKP Wolimierz had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
