The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After some careless play in the POLONIA BYTOM defense, Natalio Guter kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ryszard Lerych. The POLONIA BYTOM fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ryszard Lerych should have stopped the shot. Emiliano Felice recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ryszard Lerych showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Natalio Guter in the 9th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Natalio Guter in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ryszard Lerych saved POLONIA BYTOM from getting behind. 15 minutes into the match, Natalio Guter notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of POLONIA BYTOM's Ryszard Lerych. Ryszard Lerych was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Natalio Guter got free with Ryszard Lerych in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ryszard Lerych was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Natalio Guter showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 22 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Natalio Guter in the 27th minute of play forced POLONIA BYTOM's goalkeeper Ryszard Lerych to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Natalio Guter blasted a shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ryszard Lerych having to make a save. The audience was convinced that Natalio Guter's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ryszard Lerych was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. After a rather tough play, POLONIA BYTOM's Mateusz Damazki got a free kick in the 33rd minute. The supporters of KN ZGORZELEC booed when POLONIA BYTOM was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hieronim Dziedziak didn't get a good kick on the ball. KN ZGORZELEC's Emilio Shepherd played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mateusz Damazki in the 37th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gilbert Gotfryd during the 43rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of POLONIA BYTOM booed when KN ZGORZELEC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gilbert Gotfryd didn't get a good kick on the ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Natalio Guter stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 50 minutes into the game, Hieronim Dziedziak threw the ball into play from the sideline. KN ZGORZELEC's Arvid Bodin quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Ryszard Lerych showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Natalio Guter in the 51st minute of the match. In the 53rd minute Mateusz Damazki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emilio Shepherd saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Natalio Guter might have been able to make a better finish in the 55th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ryszard Lerych. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Natalio Guter ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Natalio Guter in the 55th minute of play forced POLONIA BYTOM's goalkeeper Ryszard Lerych to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 57th minute the ball was on its way in behind POLONIA BYTOM's goalkeeper Ryszard Lerych, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 58 minutes into the match, Natalio Guter had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ryszard Lerych. POLONIA BYTOM's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Natalio Guter was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. A collision led to KN ZGORZELEC getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Emiliano Felice hit a great ball. POLONIA BYTOM's Ryszard Lerych played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Natalio Guter in the 62nd minute of play. KN ZGORZELEC were awarded a corner in the 63th minute after POLONIA BYTOM's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Mariusz Kaleta took the corner. 67 minutes into the match, KN ZGORZELEC's Natalio Guter sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ryszard Lerych narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ryszard Lerych made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Natalio Guter in the 68th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Natalio Guter in the 68th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ryszard Lerych saved POLONIA BYTOM from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in KN ZGORZELEC's zone, Leon Gabis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Emilio Shepherd came out of the goal and Leon Gabis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When KN ZGORZELEC's Natalio Guter in the 75th minute got a chance for a shot 75th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye POLONIA BYTOM's goalie prevented a goal. Ryszard Lerych came out of the goal in the 76th minute to try and stop a shot by KN ZGORZELEC's Natalio Guter. But to his dismay, Natalio Guter quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. Ryszard Lerych didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Natalio Guter went, in the 80th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-0 was the resulting score. In the 83rdth minute of the game Natalio Guter who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but POLONIA BYTOM's Ryszard Lerych was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ryszard Lerych showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Natalio Guter in the 87th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Natalio Guter in the 93rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ryszard Lerych prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ryszard Lerych made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emiliano Felice in the 95th minute of play. KN ZGORZELEC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of POLONIA BYTOM for a fine match.
