After 17 minutes of play, Tomitak Wrocław's Tomasz Zalipski made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Guga Baiano was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 19th minute the ball was on its way in behind Mytarka €ity's goalkeeper Guga Baiano, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Despite this Guga Baiano quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Wlodzimierz Smolarek during the 42nd minute. Vincent Pihlgren might have been able to make a better finish in the 95th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lookman Loody. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. After 97 played minutes Tomitak Wrocław got a freekick which was hit by Tanek Gorzkiewicz. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Tomitak Wrocław fans cheered their team off the field, for while Mytarka €ity had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
