With a little luck, Edwardów's Cezary Kaczeniak got control of the ball when Zbyszek Pawelczyk tried to sneak it across the goal line. Zbyszek Pawelczyk's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cezary Kaczeniak read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. Bogdan Marek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lukasz Makomaski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 16th minute the ball was on its way in behind Edwardów's goalkeeper Cezary Kaczeniak, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 17 minutes into the match, Edwardów's goalkeeper Cezary Kaczeniak had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zbyszek Pawelczyk. Bogdan Marek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Piotr Malinowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Bogdan Marek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Piotr Malinowski in the 19th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gao Yin Yang in the 23rd minute of play forced Galja Kraków's goalkeeper Bogdan Marek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 25th minute, Zbyszek Pawelczyk left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Galja Kraków fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. In the 28th minute, Zbyszek Pawelczyk ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cezary Kaczeniak was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Galja Kraków reached it. Cezary Kaczeniak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zbyszek Pawelczyk in the 44th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Uno Deckberg made a kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Edwardów's goal looked a bit too open when Zbyszek Pawelczyk came free, but Cezary Kaczeniak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Uno Deckberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cezary Kaczeniak stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Uno Deckberg's shot from short distance in the 55th minute. In the 58th minute Uno Deckberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cezary Kaczeniak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Galja Kraków were awarded a corner in the 59th minute after Edwardów's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Roch Frankowski took the corner. The referee felt a red card was in order, 73 minutes into the game, when Kacper Osowski put in a rough tackle. In the 73rd minute, one of Edwardów:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Edwardów. Edwardów's Andrzej Damaski got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bogdan Marek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gao Yin Yang in the 80th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Galja Kraków defense, Gao Yin Yang kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bogdan Marek. The Galja Kraków fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bogdan Marek should have stopped the shot. 83 minutes into the match, Edwardów's goal looked a bit too open when Zbyszek Pawelczyk came free, but Cezary Kaczeniak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 84 minutes Edwardów's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Roch Frankowski who took care of the corner kick. A very nice done corner allowed Wladyslaw Porajewski to score against Cezary Kaczeniak in Edwardów's goal. 5-1 after 84 minutes. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Galja Kraków fans cheered their team off the field, for while Edwardów had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
