Łukasz Fabiański didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Halit Hürsoy went, in the 12th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Halit Hürsoy in the 27th minute of play forced Gwarek Zabrze's goalkeeper Łukasz Fabiański to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Łukasz Fabiański showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Halit Hürsoy, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Wladyslaw Paraszczuk hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. 46 minutes into the game, Wladyslaw Paraszczuk threw the ball into play from the sideline. FC Dwa Do Ósmej's Honesto Cuetos quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Pawel Wielowiejski was the one to do the kick off. After having played for 53 minutes, Richie Puch managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gwarek Zabrze's supporters crossed their fingers, but Richie Puch was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gwarek Zabrze's Pawel Wielowiejski got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Pawel Wielowiejski took the ball and in the 57 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Franciszek Lerych. Franciszek Lerych dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Radomir Anszczak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Łukasz Fabiański made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Radomir Anszczak in the 67th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Klement Fikus during the 70th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. FC Dwa Do Ósmej's Teofil Fudalej was substituted for Bartlomiej Matela. FC Dwa Do Ósmej's Lucas Rodriguez was substituted for Radomir Anszczak. FC Dwa Do Ósmej's Witomir Gajewski was substituted for Halit Hürsoy. After 71 played minutes Gwarek Zabrze got a freekick which was hit by Klement Fikus. Witomir Gajewski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Łukasz Fabiański made a huge save. Franciszek Lerych took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pawel Wielowiejski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pawel Wielowiejski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Franciszek Lerych read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 79th minute of play. Łukasz Fabiański made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Witomir Gajewski sent off a good shot on target. Pawel Wielowiejski kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. Łukasz Fabiański took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teofil Fudalej, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With his leg Łukasz Fabiański managed to avoid a goal in the 92ndth minute, when FC Dwa Do Ósmej's Witomir Gajewski fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 95th minute, Witomir Gajewski left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Dwa Do Ósmej fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
