Miroslaw Majtyka showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pawel Wielowiejski in the 8th minute of the match. Pawel Wielowiejski scored 0-2 in the 10th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Miroslaw Majtyka, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Wincent Szotek came free with the goalkeeper in the 13th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Łukasz Fabiański could save by the left post. If Pawel Wielowiejski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Pawel Wielowiejski came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Gwarek Zabrze fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pawel Wielowiejski couldn't finish the play. Łukasz Fabiański made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ale Pipa in the 22nd minute. In the 30th minute the ball was on its way in behind B&B Jelenia Góra's goalkeeper Miroslaw Majtyka, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Gwarek Zabrze were awarded a corner in the 31th minute after B&B Jelenia Góra's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Dawid Bielecki took the corner. Ale Pipa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Łukasz Fabiański made a huge save. After a defensive mix-up in B&B Jelenia Góra's zone, Pawel Wielowiejski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Miroslaw Majtyka came out of the goal and Pawel Wielowiejski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Pawel Wielowiejski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Pawel Wielowiejski came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Gwarek Zabrze fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pawel Wielowiejski couldn't finish the play. In the 95th minute, Wincent Szotek left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The B&B Jelenia Góra fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Gwarek Zabrze walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
