Przemysl's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. After having played for 22 minutes, Waclaw Dubiel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Przemysl's supporters crossed their fingers, but Waclaw Dubiel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. FC Grodzka's Wincent Drab played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Boguslaw Ciszewski in the 25th minute of play. Wincent Drab didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Przemysl. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Wincent Drab showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Waclaw Dubiel, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 74 minutes into the match, FC Grodzka's goal looked a bit too open when Michal Bondel came free, but Wincent Drab reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Przemysl lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
