Donato Bordon was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A collision led to Esbjerg fB getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. 于震树 hit a great ball. Harold Hjelton showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pelle Hvidegaard in the 38th minute of the match. Servet Turabi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Harold Hjelton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 41 minutes into the game, Piet Lewandowski cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Donato Bordon was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Harold Hjelton stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Pelle Hvidegaard's shot from short distance in the 45th minute.

The wind increased when Servet Turabi made the kick off in the second half. Donato Bordon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gregorius Mouning, who was totally free with the ball in the 50th minute. Harold Hjelton stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of 庞辉响's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute. Mads Glastrup came free with the goalkeeper in the 55th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Donato Bordon could save by the left post. Donato Bordon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gregorius Mouning in the 73rd minute of the match. Harold Hjelton showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Servet Turabi in the 78th minute of the match. The referee felt a red card was in order, 81 minutes into the game, when Chris Rangø put in a rough tackle. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nichlas Glastrup couldn't finish the play. The AC Farsaebarca supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing AC Farsaebarca would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
