Spectators: 174 (Terracing: 131, Seating: 40, VIP seats: 3) Monks in Robes's Axel Ree started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A sloppy throw-in by Sigfred Grenzer in the 6th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Monks in Robes's Augustin Barth. 12 minutes into the match, Monks in Robes's goal looked a bit too open when Henrik Hegnsbøl came free, but Bøje Dyssen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Monks in Robes booed when Dynamo Brabrand was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kim Supensteiner didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 14 played minutes, Monks in Robes's Fidel Havier shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Vagnar Tholsted came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Monks in Robes reached it. 17 minutes into the match, Monks in Robes's Axel Ree sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Vagnar Tholsted narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 19th minute, Axel Ree ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vagnar Tholsted was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Vagnar Tholsted took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Axel Ree, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 34th minute Axel Ree shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vagnar Tholsted saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 38th minute, Axel Ree ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vagnar Tholsted was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Axel Ree's late challenge caught a Dynamo Brabrand's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Axel Ree helped the player get up and apologised. After 43 played minutes Monks in Robes got a freekick which was hit by Axel Ree. Vagnar Tholsted showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Axel Ree in the 45th minute of the match. Dynamo Brabrand's Vagnar Tholsted played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Axel Ree in the 47th minute of play. After the first half Monks in Robes were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Henrik Hegnsbøl to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Monks in Robes booed when Dynamo Brabrand was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rufus Goren didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thor Lyksdal's late challenge caught a Monks in Robes's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Thor Lyksdal helped the player get up and apologised. Thor Lyksdal kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. After 56 minutes of play, Monks in Robes's Axel Ree made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vagnar Tholsted was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a defensive mix-up in Dynamo Brabrand's zone, Axel Ree stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vagnar Tholsted came out of the goal and Axel Ree tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a little luck, Dynamo Brabrand's Vagnar Tholsted got control of the ball when Axel Ree tried to sneak it across the goal line. Kim Supensteiner kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. 65 minutes into the match, Axel Ree notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of Dynamo Brabrand's Vagnar Tholsted. Vagnar Tholsted was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Axel Ree might have been able to make a better finish in the 72nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Vagnar Tholsted. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Axel Ree ran back to his position shaking his head. If Albinus Alking had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Axel Ree in the 76th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vagnar Tholsted prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some careless play in the Dynamo Brabrand defense, Axel Ree kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vagnar Tholsted. The Dynamo Brabrand fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vagnar Tholsted should have stopped the shot. Vagnar Tholsted was a little too slow when Axel Ree got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 81st minute. The score was now 0-7. Vagnar Tholsted was out of position in the 86 minute of play, and Axel Ree capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Axel Ree really showed his touch with that goal: 0-8. Vagnar Tholsted made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Axel Ree in the 89th minute of play. After taking down the ball on Monks in Robes's corner Júlio de Lara fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Vagnar Tholsted quite easily take care of the ball. When the match had gone on for 95 minutes, Axel Ree took a quick shot and it went in 0-9 without a chance for Vagnar Tholsted to make any attempt to save it. Monks in Robes's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
