Benni Skovhus took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cintya Palacios, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cintya Palacios in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Benni Skovhus prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 36 played minutes Hoberg United got a freekick which was hit by Claudio-Paul Pirinchev. In the 41st minute of the match Stevnstrup got a corner. Hoberg United's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Villy Bjørnsholm ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led to Stevnstrup's Leif Puls getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cintya Palacios in the 45th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Benni Skovhus saved Stevnstrup from getting behind. Hoberg United's defense didn't have a chance, in the 46th minute, when Arthur Kiel scored to the left of an out of position Dida Martins, making the score, 1-3. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Nico-Pascal Kapteina made a kick off. In the 53rd minute Cintya Palacios shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benni Skovhus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 58th minute, but Benni Skovhus got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving Stevnstrup hanging dry this time. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cintya Palacios in the 59th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Benni Skovhus saved Stevnstrup from getting behind. Benni Skovhus made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-5. Hoberg United's Jimmi Imtiaz was substituted for Jaroslaw Teofila. 81 minutes into the match, Cintya Palacios had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Benni Skovhus. Benni Skovhus stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cintya Palacios's shot from short distance in the 88th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cintya Palacios in the 91st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Benni Skovhus prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 93 minutes into the game, Cintya Palacios recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Benni Skovhus. Cintya Palacios showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-7. Hoberg United's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
