In the 34th minute, Renegades's Sigvart Botlev seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Sigvart Botlev the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Renegades protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Sigvart Botlev had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Renegades:s Yoto Boshikyov showed great skill when he stopped Paw Carbac:s penalty. Cornelius Middelhede's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Bertel Foltmann firmly grabbed it by the left post. After 42 played minutes Renegades got a freekick which was hit by Leo Gorell. After 43 played minutes, Skovbølling's Paw Carbac shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Yoto Boshikyov came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Skovbølling reached it. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Absalon Aabaand managed to get in a good position for a shot. Skovbølling's supporters rose to their feet, but Absalon Aabaand was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Yoto Boshikyov breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After the first half the score was level.
