Tyge Oehlerich showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Augustin Staalfos, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Blas Cidro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 任正振 in the 13th minute of the match. Pheonix FC's 任正振 managed to work through F.C. København's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. 任正振 dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. After having played for 20 minutes, Wolfgang Vesterø managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pheonix FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wolfgang Vesterø was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bjarke Amstorp kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. In the 24th minute of the match Vilmer Tokkesdal sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tyge Oehlerich skillfully saved the ball. In the 25th minute, Augustin Staalfos left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The F.C. København fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Victorino Abajas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tyge Oehlerich having to interfere. Terri Steenstrup took the ball and in the 32 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tyge Oehlerich. Tyge Oehlerich dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. In the 39th minute, Augustin Staalfos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tyge Oehlerich was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. 42 minutes into the match, Pheonix FC's Wolfgang Vesterø sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Blas Cidro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 45th minute Augustin Staalfos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tyge Oehlerich saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

Victorino Abajas made in the 51st minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Augustin Staalfos. Tyge Oehlerich showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Augustin Staalfos in the 52nd minute of the match. Blas Cidro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wolfgang Vesterø in the 55th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fabian Polkoski in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tyge Oehlerich saved Pheonix FC from getting behind. Pheonix FC's Tyge Oehlerich proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to save Pheonix FC from getting a goal against them. F.C. København's Blas Cidro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wolfgang Vesterø in the 72nd minute of play. A hard shot 97 in the game by Nicholas Hulvej from a close distance when the talented Tyge Oehlerich managed to make a qualified save. Pheonix FC's players were relieved. When the match was over F.C. København could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Pheonix FC throughout the match.
