In the 8th minute Nicolai Deleuran shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Walter Leisted saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 10th minute, Nicolai Deleuran left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Nordvest Fodbold fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Walter Leisted made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Asger Søder in the 14th minute of play. Kai Rassow succeeded in the game's 18th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-3. O-TT-O's Walter Leisted played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Asger Søder in the 21st minute of play. In the 24th minute, Kai Rassow made a precise shot to the right of Walter Leisted. O-TT-O's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. An unexpectedly hard shot by Asger Søder in the 26th minute of play forced O-TT-O's goalkeeper Walter Leisted to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Walter Leisted made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kai Rassow in the 29th minute of play. Kai Rassow took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Walter Leisted. Walter Leisted dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. Osvald Fesner's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Walter Leisted read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 32nd minute of play. The supporters of Nordvest Fodbold booed when O-TT-O was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paw Viskum didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 36th minute Nicolai Deleuran shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Walter Leisted saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 38th minute Kai Rassow shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Walter Leisted saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kai Rassow in the 39th minute of play forced O-TT-O's goalkeeper Walter Leisted to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, O-TT-O's Conrad Cassebaum got a free kick in the 39th minute. In the 40th minute of the match Asger Søder sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Walter Leisted skillfully saved the ball. After 43 minutes of play, Nordvest Fodbold's Kai Rassow made it 0-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Walter Leisted was left in no man's land by his defense there! O-TT-O's Walter Leisted played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Asger Søder in the 46th minute of play. 48 minutes into the match, Osvald Fesner had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Walter Leisted. O-TT-O's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Osvald Fesner was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-7. After the first half Nordvest Fodbold were leading 0-7. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Otto Strib stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Walter Leisted showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Asger Søder, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. 55 minutes had been played when some careless play by O-TT-O's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Asger Søder was slow to take the kick. During this time Nordvest Fodbold's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Asger Søder got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Walter Leisted quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Walter Leisted took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nicolai Deleuran, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Asger Søder had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kai Rassow hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. 71 minutes into the game, Nicolai Deleuran cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-9. Walter Leisted was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some careless play in the O-TT-O defense, Nicolai Deleuran kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Walter Leisted. The O-TT-O fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Walter Leisted should have stopped the shot. Thanks to some nice moves Nicolai Deleuran could shoot a difficult shot in the 83rd minute, which Walter Leisted however easily saved by the left post. 84 minutes into the match, O-TT-O's goal looked a bit too open when Osvald Fesner came free, but Walter Leisted reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Asger Søder took the ball and in the 85 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Walter Leisted. Walter Leisted dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-12. Thanks to some nice moves Nicolai Deleuran could shoot a difficult shot in the 88th minute, which Walter Leisted however easily saved by the left post. Walter Leisted made a fantastic save in the 89th minute, when Kai Rassow sent off a good shot on target. 91 minutes into the game, Runar Rottwitt cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-13. Walter Leisted was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Asger Søder was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 97th minute. Nordvest Fodbold's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Nordvest Fodbold's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
