In the 45thth minute of the game Héctor Quintero who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but MorFor Jugglers's Kaare Dyrbøg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 46 minutes into the match, FC Gamla Stan's goalkeeper Paw Nibelvang had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sofoklis Bourikas. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Bob Merrill kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Héctor Quintero did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-3 to the left of a surprised Kaare Dyrbøg 93 minutes into the match. FC Gamla Stan's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
