After a rather tough play, POGRADECARI FK's İbrahim-Asım Johansson got a free kick in the 2nd minute. 4 minutes into the match, POGRADECARI FK's goalkeeper Jerzy Ranowiecki had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Olgierd Dawiec. Jerzy Ranowiecki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Matt Sciortino in the 6th minute of the match. In the 7th minute, Lu Xi Xun ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Richard Lentini was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 10th minute, İbrahim-Asım Johansson sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Floriana Celtics's Richard Lentini didn't even have to move. In the 13th minute the ball was on its way in behind POGRADECARI FK's goalkeeper Jerzy Ranowiecki, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 14 minutes into the match, POGRADECARI FK's goalkeeper Jerzy Ranowiecki had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Olgierd Dawiec. 15 minutes into the match, POGRADECARI FK's goalkeeper Jerzy Ranowiecki had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Giorgio Caruana. Jerzy Ranowiecki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Matt Sciortino in the 19th minute of play. Olgierd Dawiec received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Jerzy Ranowiecki tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kyle Thake in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jerzy Ranowiecki prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 31 minutes, Lu Xi Xun managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. POGRADECARI FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lu Xi Xun was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lu Xi Xun in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Richard Lentini saved Floriana Celtics from getting behind. In the 35th minute Giorgio Caruana shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jerzy Ranowiecki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. POGRADECARI FK's Jerzy Ranowiecki proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save POGRADECARI FK from getting a goal against them. The crowd rose to their feet as Olgierd Dawiec kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jerzy Ranowiecki. That made the score 1-1 in the 40 minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Olgierd Dawiec got free with Jerzy Ranowiecki in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Floriana Celtics were awarded a corner in the 44th minute after POGRADECARI FK's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Matt Sciortino took the corner. After taking down the ball on Floriana Celtics's corner Alex Testaferrata Viani fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Jerzy Ranowiecki quite easily take care of the ball. In the 46th match minute, Floriana Celtics was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Olgierd Dawiec to maneuver through the defense. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Kyle Thake to make the kick off. 孙梁威 kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. Richard Lentini made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lu Xi Xun in the 53rd minute. With a little luck, Floriana Celtics's Richard Lentini got control of the ball when İbrahim-Asım Johansson tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 65th minute Alex Testaferrata Viani shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jerzy Ranowiecki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lu Xi Xun had several of the Floriana Celtics's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 67 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-2 score and a disappointed Richard Lentini as he didn't even see the shot coming. Jerzy Ranowiecki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Olgierd Dawiec, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Floriana Celtics's Richard Lentini proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save Floriana Celtics from getting a goal against them. Kyle Thake hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Floriana Celtics's Edward Ellis was substituted for Giorgio Caruana. A collision led to Floriana Celtics getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Kyle Thake hit a great ball. Latif Rugova's late challenge caught a Floriana Celtics's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Latif Rugova helped the player get up and apologised. In the 78th match minute, POGRADECARI FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Latif Rugova to maneuver through the defense. After 80 minutes, Alex Testaferrata Viani made it 2-2 with a short kick to the right side. A very good chance. Jerzy Ranowiecki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Matt Sciortino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 95th match minute, POGRADECARI FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 龙扬锋 to maneuver through the defense. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
