Eagle FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Dilgiai's Radul Ranev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ekrem Tapa in the 9th minute of play. Radul Ranev came out of the goal in the 10th minute to try and stop a shot by Eagle FC's Virgil Stănoiu. But to his dismay, Virgil Stănoiu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After 16 minutes of play, Eagle FC's Pana Rama made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Radul Ranev was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Eagle FC booed when Dilgiai was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Orestas Dabriška didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 21 minutes, Orestas Dabriška mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Dilgiai and the Eagle FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 21st match minute, Dilgiai was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Orestas Dabriška to maneuver through the defense. Pana Rama blasted a shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Radul Ranev having to make a save. In the 25th minute, Orestas Dabriška hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 26th minute Pana Rama shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Radul Ranev saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Dilgiai's Urs Stapf got a free kick in the 26th minute. Ekrem Tapa might have been able to make a better finish in the 27th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Radul Ranev. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ekrem Tapa ran back to his position shaking his head. 30 minutes into the match, Dilgiai's goal looked a bit too open when Pana Rama came free, but Radul Ranev reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Ekrem Tapa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 33 minutes into the game, Pana Rama cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Radul Ranev was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Radul Ranev took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pana Rama, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cătălin Gârniceanu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Urs Stapf, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the last second Cătălin Gârniceanu throw himself and got hold of the ball when Urs Stapf in the 38thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Pana Rama blasted a shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Radul Ranev having to make a save. Urs Stapf kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Pana Rama made a kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Dilgiai's goal looked a bit too open when Pana Rama came free, but Radul Ranev reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Adnan Eroğlu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cătălin Gârniceanu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adnan Eroğlu in the 55th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Eagle FC's zone, Adnan Eroğlu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cătălin Gârniceanu came out of the goal and Adnan Eroğlu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Dilgiai's Radul Ranev proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save Dilgiai from getting a goal against them. In the 66th minute the ball was on its way in behind Dilgiai's goalkeeper Radul Ranev, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Adnan Eroğlu in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cătălin Gârniceanu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 71 minutes had been played when some careless play by Dilgiai's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Arenc Tefa was slow to take the kick. During this time Eagle FC's players had a chance to rest. After 75 minutes, Pana Rama made it 0-4 with a short kick to the right side. Dilgiai's Radul Ranev tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Ekrem Tapa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Radul Ranev having to interfere. Eagle FC's Isa Rexhepi was substituted for Damaso Cefero. In the 87th minute, Virgil Stănoiu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Eagle FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. With a little luck, Dilgiai's Radul Ranev got control of the ball when Ekrem Tapa tried to sneak it across the goal line. Eagle FC's Cătălin Gârniceanu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adnan Eroğlu in the 95th minute of play. Eagle FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
